Background: Gallstone diseases are a common gastrointestinal illness in the general population that frequently requires hospitalization with prevalence of around 11% to 36% The goal this study was determine conversion rate and identify factors responsible for laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) open (OC).This intends evaluate causes from LC OC establish efficacy safety procedure. Methods: This case series conducted department surgery at Gujarat Adani institute medical science, Bhuj, October 2018 July 2020. Patients more than 18 years age presenting OPD symptomatic gallstones patients acalculous cholecystitis were included study. dilated CBD (>8 mm diameter), jaundice, gallbladder malignancy, perforated excluded. Results: A total 100 study; 68 females 32 males. Eleven (11%) converted OC. most cause dense adhesions followed by obscure anatomy Calot's triangle. Other bleeding, bile leakage, visceral injuries, instrument failure Conclusions: Most causing triangle bleeding injury.
